This notice explains how personal information is handled when you visit this website or contact Logeko.
Consultation inquiries
The consultation form collects your name, email, optional company, phone and country, selected area of interest and project description. Your inquiry is sent to [email protected]. Form entries are not saved in browser storage or in a website database.
Direct communication
Email and WhatsApp links open your chosen service. Information you send through those channels is processed by the communication provider and Logeko to handle your inquiry.
Purpose and legal basis
Information is used to assess and answer your request, take steps at your request before entering a contract, or respond to business inquiries based on a legitimate interest where appropriate. There is no marketing subscription.
Retention and service providers
Inquiries that do not lead to a business engagement are retained for up to 6 months after the last communication. Contractual and accounting records may be retained longer where required by law. Website hosting and security are provided by Cloudflare. Providers may process data outside the EEA; their applicable data protection terms and transfer safeguards apply. The contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile for spam protection and Resend to send your inquiry to the business email inbox. The spam check also processes your IP address and a verification token.
Your rights
Subject to applicable conditions, you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to processing by contacting [email protected]. You can complain to the Slovenian Information Commissioner at ip-rs.si. Where processing relies on consent, you can withdraw it. The form does not perform automated decision-making or profiling.
Cookies and language preferences
The website has no advertising or analytics scripts. Your language choice is included in page links; it is not saved in local storage. Fonts and photographs are served directly with the website. Cloudflare may use necessary security technologies to protect the website and contact form.
Website operation and security
Cloudflare processes technical request data such as your IP address and browser information to deliver and protect the website. These data are used for operation and security rather than advertising.
